Save the Dates: The Southeast Foundation’s Labor Day Weekend Retreat!

The Southeast Foundation will host a Labor Day Weekend Retreat at the Solomon Episcopal Conference Center in Loranger, Louisiana. The retreat will include two overnight stays and will begin with dinner on Friday, August 30 and end with lunch on Sunday, September 1, 2024
The Labor Day Weekend Retreat is for adult men and women who want to encounter Jesus in worship and in His Word, to connect with others pursuing Him, and to receive encouragement and instruction in fulfilling their roles in the Great Commission. The retreat will provide ample time for personal reflection and informal interaction with other participants while exploring and enjoying the Solomon Center’s extraordinarily beautiful and spacious grounds and facilities. The food is great, and the accommodations are clean, comfortable, and convenient.
This year, the retreat’s leader will again be Michael T. Miller, head of Thomas Ministries and Lead Pastor at Reclamation Church in Denver, Colorado, which he and his wife Sara helped to found. Michael led last year’s Labor Day Retreat, and God used him profoundly. Multiple attendees said it was our best Labor Day Retreat ever!
The cost to attend the retreat is $300 per person double occupancy or $350 for a single. Included in the registration is 6 meals. Registration fees are non-refundable after August 5, 2024. You may register and pay online or download the flyer, fill it out and mail it in.
For those who did not attend last year, you still may be familiar with Michael. Michael is a co-host for the extremely popular podcast known as “The Remnant Radio’s Podcast.” Michael is in great demand as an international conference speaker, having ministered in many different countries.
Many of you will remember Dr. Jack Deere, who spoke at Southeast Foundation’s 2019 Men’s Retreat and SEF’s 2019 Walden event. Dr. Deere discipled Michael and hired Michael to run the healing ministry at Wellspring Church in Fort Worth, Texas, when Dr. Deere pastored that church. Since then, Michael has often traveled with Dr. Deere to speak and minister at conferences and seminars.
